Qualifications

• 5+ years of direct management experience.
• 3+ years of performance metrics or lean techniques experience.
• Experience with staffing lifecycle including interviewing, hiring, performance management, and terminations.

• Drive quality initiatives and lean changes to help the FC meet business plans.
• Oversee safety, quality, performance and customer experience for inbound or outbound operations.
• Set expectations for Operations and Area Managers and measure performance.
