Job summary

You will lead a team of Operations and Area Managers, coaching and mentoring staff to meet performance goals and build leadership bench strength across the Fulfillment Center.

The role emphasizes implementing Lean initiatives, ensuring safety and customer experience, and partnering with support teams to drive improvements and resource alignment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent is required.
• 5+ years of direct management experience.
• 6+ years of performance metrics, process improvement or lean techniques experience.
• Experience with the full staffing lifecycle: interviewing, hiring, performance management, promotions, terminations.

Responsibilities

• Drives creation of quality initiatives, process change initiatives and Lean initiatives to meet business plans.
• Responsible for safety, quality, performance and customer experience of either Inbound or Outbound operations.
• Set and clarify requirements for Operations and Area Managers; measure performance and provide feedback.
• Leverage Managers to source ideas and create improvement plans for the area.
• Coordinate with HR, Finance, Facilities, Safety, IT and others to secure support and resources for projects.
