Job summary

Amazon.com Services LLC is seeking a Site Leader to drive budgetary, people development and operations objectives within a Fulfillment Center in Philadelphia, PA. You will lead and coach a team of Operations and Area Managers to meet performance goals and build leadership bench strength.

You will partner with HR, Finance, Facilities and IT to secure resources for initiatives, implement Lean and process improvement, and maintain safety, quality and customer experience across inbound and outbound

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent is required.
7+ years direct management experience in manufacturing, production or distribution.
Experience with performance metrics and Lean techniques.
Experience with full staffing lifecycle (interviewing, hiring, performance management, promotions, terminations).

Responsibilities

Drives quality initiatives, process change and Lean to meet and exceed business plan.
Oversees safety, quality, performance and customer experience for inbound or outbound operations.
Sets expectations for Operations and Area Managers and measures performance.
Collaborates with HR, Finance, Facilities, Safety and IT to secure resources for projects.
