Job summary

QVC Group, Inc. Florence, SC is seeking an onsite Fulfillment Center Operations Manager to lead inbound/outbound operations at the Florence fulfillment center. The role emphasizes safety, efficiency, quality, and continuous improvement while building and developing management and hourly teams.

You will report to the Senior Operations Manager and guide strategic planning, forecasting, and Kaizen-driven improvements to inventory accuracy and order fulfillment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, Supply Chain, Distribution, Logistics or related field.
• 4+ years of management experience in fulfillment center/warehouse operations; prefer retail/e-commerce and apparel experience.
• Experience developing and managing 30+ team members.
• At least 3 years of management experience in Receiving, Inventory Control, or Order Fulfillment.
• Experience using Kaizens or process improvement.

Responsibilities

• Build the initial teams, establishing procedures, metrics and processes.
• Lead a team of Area Managers and hourly team members.
• Develop and administer operational procedures for incoming and outgoing shipments, handling and disposition of products, and keeping high inventory accuracy.
• Guide strategic planning and forecasting.
• Develop teammates for career progression and learning.
• Improve safety, quality, cost, and delivery while expanding warehouse capabilities.
• Use the site Warehouse Management System (WMS) to improve perfect order fulfillment and provide insights to improve WMS effectiveness.
