Job summary

QVC Group, Inc. is seeking an Operations Manager to support inbound/outbound warehouse operations in Bethlehem, PA, with a focus on safety, efficiency, quality and continuous improvement.

You will lead a growing team, develop processes, manage KPIs and drive WMS-driven enhancements to ensure flawless order fulfillment and optimal inventory accuracy. The role requires 4+ years of management in fulfillment center operations, experience with 50+ employees, and a background in

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Distribution, Logistics or related field, or equivalent.
• 4+ years of management experience in fulfillment center/warehouse operations; retail/e-commerce and apparel experience preferred.
• Experience developing and managing 50+ employees.
• At least 3 years of management experience in Receiving, Inventory Control, or Order Fulfillment.
• Experience using Kaizens or process improvement.

Responsibilities

• Build the initial teams, establishing procedures, metrics and processes.
• Lead a team of Area Managers, Leads, and hourly team members.
• Develop and administer operational procedures for incoming/outgoing shipments, handling and disposition of products, and inventory accuracy.
• Guide strategic planning and forecasting.
• Develop teammates for career progression and learning.
• Improve safety, quality, cost, and delivery while expanding warehouse capabilities.
• Use the Warehouse Management System (WMS) to improve perfect order fulfillment and provide insights.
• Champion a customer-focused mentality to support high-quality customer experience.
