Job summary

QVC Group is hiring an onsite Fulfillment Center Area Manager in Florence, SC to oversee distribution operations and partner with multiple departments to meet productivity, volume and quality goals.

You will report to the Operations Manager and develop procedures for shipments, inventory accuracy, and cost-efficient operations while maintaining high service levels. A Bachelor's degree and 2+ years of supervisory experience are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, Supply Chain, Distribution, Logistics or related field.
• 2+ years of demonstrated Leadership/Supervisory experience in a high volume distribution center or warehouse environment.
• Experience encouraging a positive work environment and partnering with team members.

Responsibilities

• Develop and administer operational procedures for completing incoming and outgoing shipments and inventory accuracy.
• Coordinate with corporate/site resources and facilities staff to ensure cost efficiencies and high service levels.
• Model QVC Group values to build a positive, engaging culture, treating team members ethically and respectfully.
• Review operations to identify improvements for cost reduction, speed, and customer service.
• Oversee daily operations for the assigned area in partnership with other departments.

You will prioritize and maintain departmental efficiency to meet productivity, volume and quality goals. You will report to the Operations Manager.**Where You'll Work*** This role is **onsite** and will require you to work from our Florence, SC, fulfillment center daily. Relocation assistance is not available for this role.**What You'll Do*** Develop and administer operational procedures for perfectly completing activities for incoming and outgoing shipments, handling and disposition of products, and keeping the highest standards of inventory accuracy.* Network and consult with corporate / site resources and facilities staff to ensure low-cost efficiencies and high service levels are maintained.* Model QVC Group Values and operating principles to build a positive, motivating, engaged Culture, treating all team members fairly, ethically, and respectfully.* Review existing operations to determine what improvements the department can make to allow for cost reduction, increased speed, and improved customer service.* Oversee daily operations for assigned area, partnering with other departments.* Identify, report, and communicate with the Department Manager trends and irregularities.
