Job summary

QVC Group, Inc. is seeking a Senior Operations Manager to lead a Fulfillment Center function (Inbound/Outbound). You’ll manage budgets, develop talent and drive performance through multi-department teams on a daily basis at the Suffolk, VA site with relocation support.

You’ll steer cost controls, training, and cross-site coordination to ensure top service, inventory accuracy and safe operations, reporting to the General Manager.

Qualifications

• 8+ years experience in fulfillment leadership, improving network resources and performance.
• 4+ years budgeting, financial management and labor planning.
• Experience leading projects to reduce costs and improve service for DCs, vendors, and transport partners.
• Subject matter expert in quality/operational controls, audits, and process design.
• Strong engagement, leadership, culture, and change management capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead a multi-shift, 7-day operation to meet productivity, financial and service goals.
• Develop costed strategic plans within approved budgets.
• Improve processes to enhance operational effectiveness and efficiency.
• Run roundtable meetings across shifts and departments.
• Prepare and monitor annual budget plans; explain variances.
• Design training programs for employee development.
• Ensure standard practices across sites and corrective action where needed.
• Foster safe, engaging work environment and high health/security standards.
