Job summary

QVC, Inc. is seeking an on-site Fulfillment Center Area Manager in Florence, SC to lead the distribution operation and partner with other departments. You will oversee daily activities, drive efficiency, and maintain inventory accuracy while reporting to the Operations Manager.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree in business or related fields and 2+ years of supervisory experience in a high-volume distribution center, with a focus on cost reduction and service quality. Onsite work is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, supply chain, distribution, logistics or related field.
• 2+ years of leadership/supervisory experience in a high‑volume distribution center or warehouse.
• Experience fostering a positive work environment and partnering with team members.

Responsibilities

• Develop and administer procedures for shipments, inventory accuracy, and disposition of products.
• Coordinate with corporate/site resources to maintain low-cost efficiencies and high service levels.
• Oversee daily operations for the assigned area and collaborate with other departments.
• Identify trends and irregularities and report to the Department Manager.
