Job summary

Qualifications

• 6 months of experience using a computer.
• 6 months of experience using common retail technology (smartphones/tablets).
• Powered Equipment Certification: Counterbalance Forklift, Order Picker, and Narrow Aisle Reach Truck (Required; must be obtained if not certified).
• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• 6 months of retail experience preferred.
• 6 months in customer service or product fulfillment at home improvement retailer in related department.
• 6 months of experience inspecting, carrying, loading, and unloading products.

Responsibilities

• Pick, stage, inspect, and fulfill customer orders accurately and on time.
• Deliver excellent service by selecting quality items, validating orders, answering questions, and directing customers to associates.
• Operate and maintain powered equipment and follow safety requirements.
• Support inventory accuracy using the Orders App and SIMS compliance.
• Complete administrative, maintenance, and readiness tasks and report safety or theft concerns.
• Maintain a customer-first mindset with strong communication and teamwork.
• May be assigned other duties to support business needs.
