Job summary

Lowe's Companies, Inc. is hiring for an associate role at one of our home improvement stores. You will pick, stage, and fulfill customer orders, ensuring accuracy and on-time delivery while maintaining clean staging areas and safety.

You will use the Orders App to support inventory accuracy and collaborate with leadership to resolve issues. The role requires basic computer and mobile device experience, plus powered equipment certification.

Qualifications

• 6 Months of Experience using a computer
• 6 Months of Experience using common retail technology such as smart phones and tablets
• Powered Equipment Certification: Counterbalance Forklift, Order Picker, and Narrow Aisle Reach Truck (Required)

Responsibilities

• Pick, stage, inspect, and fulfill customer orders accurately and on time.
• Deliver excellent service by selecting high-quality items, validating orders, and answering questions.
• Operate and maintain certification for powered equipment and follow safety requirements.
• Support inventory accuracy using the Orders App and SIMS compliance.
• Complete administrative tasks, audits, order follow-ups, and locker management while reporting safety or theft concerns promptly.
• Maintain a customer-first mindset with strong communication and teamwork.
• May be assigned other duties to support the business needs.
