Job summary

Qualifications

• 6 months of experience using a computer or inputting information.
• 6 months of experience using common retail technology (smartphones/tablets).
• Powered Equipment Certification required (Counterbalance Forklift, Order Picker, Narrow Aisle Reach Truck); must be obtained if not already certified.

Responsibilities

• Pick, stage, inspect, and fulfill customer orders accurately and on time.
• Deliver excellent service by selecting quality items and validating orders.
• Operate and maintain certification for powered equipment and follow safety requirements.
• Support inventory accuracy using the Orders App and SIMS compliance.
• Complete administrative, maintenance, and readiness tasks and report safety or theft concerns promptly.
• Maintain a customer-first mindset with strong communication and teamwork.
