Qualifications

• 6 months of experience using a computer.
• 6 months of experience using common retail technology (smartphones, tablets).
• Powered Equipment Certification: Forklift, Order Picker, and Narrow Aisle Reach Truck (Required; must be obtained if not already certified).

Responsibilities

• Pick, stage, inspect, and fulfill customer orders accurately and on time.
• Deliver excellent service by assisting customers and directing them to the right associates.
• Operate and maintain powered equipment and follow safety requirements.
• Support inventory accuracy and teamwork with leadership to resolve short picks.
• Complete administrative, maintenance, and readiness tasks and report safety or theft concerns.
• Maintain a customer-first mindset and strong communication.
