Job summary

Lowe's Companies, Inc. is seeking a retail associate to pick, stage, inspect, and fulfill customer orders with accuracy and timeliness.

You will help deliver excellent service by selecting quality items, validating orders, and connecting customers with the right associates. Responsibilities include operating powered equipment with proper certification, maintaining inventory accuracy, completing administrative tasks, and reporting safety concerns.

Qualifications

• 6 Months of Experience using a computer and entering information
• 6 Months of Experience using common retail technology such as smartphones and tablets
• Powered Equipment Certification: Counterbalance Forklift, Order Picker, and Narrow Aisle Reach Truck (Required; must be obtained if not already certified)

Responsibilities

• Pick, stage, inspect, and fulfill customer orders accurately and on time.
• Deliver excellent service by selecting high-quality items, validating orders, and answering questions.
• Operate and maintain certification for powered equipment and follow safety requirements.
• Support inventory accuracy by using the Orders App and maintaining SIMS compliance.
• Complete administrative, maintenance, and readiness tasks and report safety or theft concerns.
• Maintain a customer-first mindset with strong communication and teamwork.
• May be assigned other duties to support business needs.
