Job summary

Plug Power Inc. is seeking a Field Service Technician for Monroe, OH to support fuel cell products in electric lift trucks. You will perform preventive maintenance, diagnose and repair issues, and install upgrades at a customer location.

The role requires strong technical skills, effective communication, and the ability to work independently with safety in mind. Travel to customer sites is expected as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent with technical electrical coursework.
• 3+ years of direct experience in mechanical and electrical troubleshooting.
• Valid driver license with clean driving record.
• Ability to lift 50 pounds regularly.
• Knowledge of lift truck operation preferred.
• Proficiency with Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Maintenance and service of fuel cells at customer sites.
• Performing diagnostics, troubleshooting, and evaluations to maintain the fleet at a location.
• Performing specialized service procedures including field retrofits and software/hardware upgrades.
