Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent with electrical coursework.
• 3+ years of mechanical/electrical troubleshooting experience.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Able to lift 50 pounds regularly.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office suite.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and service fuel cells at customer sites.
• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and evaluate fleet performance at a location.
• Perform field retrofits and software/hardware upgrades.
• Provide on-call and emergency support as required.
• Purchase tools, equipment, and parts for service.
• Travel as required and adhere to safety procedures.
• Represent Plug Power professionally and complete admin duties.
