Job summary

Plug Power Inc. is seeking a Field Service Technician to install, service, and maintain fuel cells in electric lift trucks at a specific location. You will respond to breakdowns, perform preventive maintenance, and order parts as needed while upholding safety and quality standards.

The role requires strong technical and communication skills, the ability to work independently, and willingness to travel as needed. A valid driver's license and ability to lift 50 lbs are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma or equivalent with technical electrical coursework.
• Three (3) or more years of direct experience in mechanical and electrical troubleshooting.
• Must possess a valid driver license and a clean driving record.
• Must be able to lift 50 pounds on a regular basis.

Responsibilities

• Maintenance and service of fuel cells at customer sites.
• Diagnostics, troubleshooting, and evaluations to maintain the fleet at a location.
• Perform field retrofits and software/hardware upgrades to fuel cells.
