Job summary

Plug Power is seeking a Field Service Technician to support fuel cell products in electric lift trucks, performing preventative maintenance and resolving breakdowns at a customer site.

The role covers installation, servicing and reporting of breakdown events, with on-call support and parts purchasing as needed. Requires strong technical, communication, and time-management skills and a valid driver's license.

Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma or equivalent with technical electrical coursework.
• Three or more years of direct experience in mechanical and electrical troubleshooting.
• Must possess a valid driver license and clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Maintenance and service of fuel cells at customer sites.
• Diagnostics, troubleshooting, and evaluations to maintain the fleet at a location.
• Perform field retrofits and software/hardware upgrades to existing fuel cells.
