Job summary

Enerflex Ltd. seeks an Import & FTZ Specialist to manage FTZ activities, ensure compliance, and oversee import operations. You will liaise with U.S. CBP, the Third-Party Zone Operator, customs brokers, suppliers, and internal stakeholders to drive accurate FTZ transactions.

The role covers FTZ administration, ICRS data, HTS classifications, and regulatory reporting, with a focus on material traceability and duty-deferral support. Strong collaboration and audit readiness are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field and 3–5 years FTZ/import compliance experience.
• Experience with FTZ operations, privileged foreign status, HTS classification, and origin data.
• Strong data-management, analytical, reconciliation, and documentation skills.
• Experience with manufacturing inventory flows, ERP systems, SAP preferred.
• Ability to lead third‑party providers and communicate compliance requirements.

Responsibilities

• Oversee FTZ administration and operator oversight.
• Coordinate with customs brokers and internal teams for timely FTZ transactions.
• Maintain FTZ records and ensure regulatory reporting readiness.
• Track privileged foreign material and ensure traceability.
• Train personnel on FTZ processes and escalation requirements.
• Support audits and corrective actions.
