Job summary

Celestica, Inc. seeks a Trade Compliance FTZ Manager to oversee end-to-end regulatory compliance for the Foreign Trade Zone, including implementation with a 3PL solution. You will manage CBP regulations, audit readiness, and strategic trade compliance across daily zone operations.

Responsibilities include overseeing admissions and entries, ICRS audits, annual regulatory filings, and training programs for import/export personnel. Strong HTS knowledge and 3PL collaboration are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in FTZ administration and trade compliance.
• Proficiency with Harmonized Tariff Schedule (HTS).
• Knowledge of CBP regulations and FTZ filings.

Responsibilities

• Direct daily zone and import activities including admissions (CBPF 214) and weekly consumption entries (CBPF 3461/7501).
• Lead Inventory Control and Recordkeeping System (ICRS) audits.
• Prepare and submit annual FTZ regulatory filings (FTZ Board Annual Report, Annual Reconciliation, Annual Certification Letter).
• Maintain FTZ Procedures Manual and SOPs; conduct regulatory training for management and import/export personnel.
• Establish and track KPIs to optimize operations and cost savings.
• Coordinate with customs brokers and 3PL providers to maintain regulatory compliance and ASN accuracy.
• Manage implementation projects for 3PL and Direct Company FTZ solutions.
• Collaborate with SCM and IT to map foreign materials and FTZ storage solutions.
• Serve as primary contact for 3PL FTZ solutions and stakeholder engagement.
• Demonstrate experience with 3PL FTZ implementations and electronic/high-tech supply chains.
