Job summary

Celestica is seeking an experienced FTZ Manager in Richardson, TX to govern end-to-end import/export compliance for the Foreign Trade Zone. You will oversee daily zone operations, audit readiness, and strategic trade compliance with 3PL partners and internal stakeholders.

Required are 5–8+ years in FTZ/trade compliance, HTS knowledge, Excel analytics, and a Bachelor’s degree in a related field. Licensing like LCB/CZS is preferred, with duties spanning regulatory filings and training.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, International Business, Law, or related field.
• 5–8+ years FTZ administration and trade compliance experience preferred.
• Licensed Customs Broker (LCB) or Certified Zone Specialist (CZS) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as SME for FTZ regulatory compliance and end-to-end governance.
• Direct daily zone and import activities, including regulatory filings.
• Lead ICRS audits and reconcile physical inventory with records.
• Prepare annual FTZ Board reports and related regulatory filings.
• Maintain FTZ Procedures Manual and conduct compliance training.
• Establish KPIs to optimize operations and cost savings.
• Coordinate with 3PLs and brokers to ensure ASN accuracy and compliance.
• Engage with stakeholders to map FTZ solutions and integrations.
