Job summary

PowerStop seeks an FTZ Manager to oversee its FTZ operations, liaising with U.S. Customs and other regulatory bodies. You will lead compliance, audit processes, and data integrity across FTZ activities while driving cost savings and cross-functional collaboration to support growth.

The role requires deep FTZ knowledge, global logistics experience, and proven leadership in complex, multi-site operations to optimize inbound and outbound freight and ensure OTIF performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Operations, or Business.
• Master’s degree (MBA or MS) preferred.
• Certifications such as CSCP, CLTD, Lean, Six Sigma are desirable.
• Experience with global inbound logistics and international freight is required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee FTZ admissions (CF214) and ensure accurate weekly customs entries (CF3461/7501).
• Audit FTZ operations and maintain compliant records and SOPs.
• Coordinate with US Customs and other partners to ensure data accuracy.
• Lead cost-saving initiatives and continuous improvement in FTZ processes.
• Manage inbound/outbound freight strategies and carrier relationships.
• Monitor KPIs: OTIF, cost-to-serve, and regulatory compliance.
