Job summary

Enerflex Ltd seeks an Import & Foreign Trade Zone (FTZ) Specialist to manage FTZ administration, compliance, and import activities across Enerflex Manufacturing. You will liaise with CBP, a Zone Operator, customs brokers, suppliers, and internal teams to safeguard accuracy and regulatory alignment.

The role drives material traceability, duty deferral, and audit readiness while supporting continuous improvement across FTZ processes and documentation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in supply chain, logistics, international trade, or related field.
• 3–5 years FTZ administration, import/compliance, or related experience.
• Working knowledge of FTZ operations, HTS, country-of-origin data, and regulatory recordkeeping.
• Experience with SAP and FTZ ICRS preferred.
• Strong data management, analytical, reconciliation, and documentation skills.
• Ability to oversee third-party providers and coordinate across teams.

Responsibilities

• Oversee FTZ administration and operation oversight for Enerflex Manufacturing's FTZ.
• Coordinate with third-party Zone Operator and ensure accurate FTZ transactions.
• Validate transactions and documentation; coordinate corrective actions for discrepancies.
• Support customs reviews, regulatory inquiries, internal audits, and external assessments.
• Maintain FTZ records, ensure material traceability, and audit readiness.
• Train personnel on FTZ identification, segregation, and escalation requirements.
• Improve data quality, transaction accuracy, and duty-deferral processes.
