Honeywell Aerospace is seeking a US-FTZ Import Manager to lead a seasoned team and ensure compliance with U.S. Customs and Foreign-Trade Zone regulations. The role focuses on policy development, process optimization, and cross-functional collaboration to minimize penalties and optimize tariff strategies.

You will report to the Sr. Manager, International Trade Compliance and work with internal stakeholders, FTZ boards, and CBP to maintain compliant operations and continuous improvement across

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in trade compliance and multinational environments.
• Strong knowledge of import/export regulations, customs laws, export controls, and sanctions.
• Experience designing and managing trade compliance programs and audits.
• Attention to detail and ability to lead cross-functional teams to resolve issues.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of import compliance professionals.
• Ensure imports comply with US Customs Regulations and FTZ rules.
• Conduct internal audits and implement corrective actions.
• Oversee FTZ zone admissions, entries, inventory, and recordkeeping.
• Develop policies to mitigate tariff risks and support regulatory changes.
• Coordinate with stakeholders, CBP, and external consultants.
