Technip Energies in Houston seeks a seasoned Customs Compliance Manager to lead U.S. customs operations, FTZ administration, export controls, and project import logistics, ensuring CBP, BIS, OFAC compliance.

You will guide classification, valuation, origin, and tariff exposure, manage brokers, audits, and cross-functional teams from FEED through EPC, with potential Canada/Mexico support.

Qualificações

• Seven to ten-plus years of progressive experience in U.S. customs compliance or import/export operations.
• Strong experience administering Foreign Trade Zones (FTZ) and associated inventory controls.
• Expert knowledge of CBP regulations, HTSUS, country-of-origin and valuation concepts.
• Experience coordinating with brokers, freight forwarders, and project teams across functions.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee HTSUS classifications for project equipment, modules, machinery, and materials.
• Direct FTZ setup, activation, and ongoing operation for eligible materials.
• Lead internal customs audits, policy development, and compliance training.
• Serve as primary liaison with CBP and other agencies; provide regulatory guidance to teams.
