Job summary

Planet Fitness in Middletown, NY is hiring a Customer Service Representative. This full-time role starts at $16 per hour with night shifts Mon-Thu 10PM-6AM. It offers growth opportunities as management roles open with internal promotion.

You will greet members, sign up new members, log amenities, answer questions, and process purchases at the POS. PF classes promotion and a clean, safe environment are required daily.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience required.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Must be 18+ years old.
• Basic computer proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Provide superior customer service to Planet Fitness members, prospective members and guests.
• Answer phones in a friendly manner using information script.
• Greet members, sign up and tour new members, and log amenities.
• Respond to member questions and concerns promptly and professionally.
• Process beverage or merchandise purchases through the POS system.
• Promote fitness classes (PE@PF) to members and new visitors.
• Maintain a clean, sanitized and safe club environment.
