Job summary

Planet Fitness is hiring a Customer Service Representative to create a welcoming, Judgement Free environment for members and guests. You will greet, sign up, and tour new members, answer inquiries, and process purchases at the POS system while promoting fitness classes and keeping the club clean and safe.

The role emphasizes friendly communication, reliability, and the ability to deliver superior service across shifts, with early morning hours listed in the schedule.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service or retail environments.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Basic computer skills and ability to navigate POS systems.

Responsibilities

• Provide superior customer service to Planet Fitness members and guests.
• Answer phones in a friendly manner and assist with inquiries.
• Greet members, sign up new members, and give tours.
• Log amenities and promote fitness classes (PE@PF) to members.
• Process purchases through the POS system.
• Maintain a clean, sanitized, and safe club environment.

Full - Time: Starting at $12 per hour.
