Job summary

Planet Fitness in Ocean City, MD is hiring a Customer Service Representative. The role focuses on delivering a premier, judgement-free member experience and handling signups, tours, and inquiries with friendly, professional service.

You will greet guests, process transactions at the POS, promote fitness classes, and help maintain a clean club environment while supporting a team-driven atmosphere.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience
• High school diploma/GED equivalent preferred
• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Basic computer proficiency

Responsibilities

• Provide a superior level of customer service to Planet Fitness members, guests and prospective members.
• Answer phones in a friendly manner using information script.
• Greet members, sign up and tour new members, and log amenities.
• Respond to member questions and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
• Process beverage or merchandise purchases through the POS system.
• Promote fitness instruction classes (PE@PF) to active and new members.
• Maintain a clean, sanitized and safe club environment.
