Planet Fitness in Westfield, IN is seeking a Customer Service Representative to deliver exceptional member experiences. Starting at $12 per hour, with hourly increases at 180 days, 1 year, and every 6 months thereafter based on anniversary dates.

Responsibilities include greeting members, signing up new members, handling inquiries, processing POS transactions, and promoting fitness programs while maintaining a clean club environment.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience
• High school diploma/GED equivalent preferred
• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Basic computer proficiency

Responsibilities

• Provide a superior level of customer service to Planet Fitness members, prospective members and guests.
• Answer phones in a friendly manner using information script
• Greet members, sign up and tour new members, and log amenities
• Respond to member questions and concerns in a timely and professional manner
• Process beverage or merchandise purchases through the point of sale system
• Promote our unique fitness instruction classes to our active members and our new members
• Provide a clean, sanitized and safe club environment
