Job description

Customer Service / Remote - Anywhere in U.S. / Up to $27 per hour / Medical, dental & vision / 401k match / PTO

As a Customer Support Rep at Brightree, your responsibilities will include:

1. Answering questions regarding the Brightree software application and its extended services in a friendly, effective, and efficient manner.
2. Diagnosing and resolving basic and complex customer questions or problems over the telephone or through electronic communication.
3. Tracking and documenting inbound support requests and ensuring proper notation of customer problems and issues.
4. Staying abreast of current technology in products, design changes, and new product offerings.
