Job description

Customer Service / Fully Remote

Location: Anywhere in U.S.

Compensation: Up to $27 per hour + bonus / Full benefits

Responsibilities:

1. Provide concierge-style service to the CrossFit community, cultivating lifetime loyalty to the brand by fielding inquiry emails.
2. Resolve (or escalate) customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback quickly and efficiently.
3. Serve as the conduit from the CrossFit Games to the public and participants (athletes) who have questions or need information.
4. Provide backend support for all virtual and in-person CrossFit Games competitions.
5. Update macros and write FAQ articles.
