Customer Service / Remote - Anywhere in U.S.

Compensation: Up to $27 per hour

Position: Customer Support Representative at Brightree

Responsibilities:

1. Answer questions regarding the Brightree software application and its extended services in a friendly, effective, and efficient manner.
2. Diagnose and resolve basic and complex customer questions or problems over the telephone or through electronic communication.
3. Track and document inbound support requests and ensure proper notation of customer problems and issues.
4. Stay abreast of current technology in products, design changes, and new product offerings.
