Planet Fitness Indianapolis is hiring a Customer Service Representative for the third shift, full-time, starting at $13 per hour. The role requires friendly, professional service to members and guests, handling phones, sign-ups, and point-of-sale duties.

• Greet members, sign up and tour new members, and log amenities
• Respond to member questions and concerns in a timely and professional manner
• Process beverage or merchandise purchases through the point of sale system
• Promote our unique fitness instruction classes (PE@PF) to our active members and our new members
• Provide a clean, sanitized and safe club environment

Hourly increases at 180 days, 1 year and every 6 months, after the first year, based on anniversary date.

Customer Service Representative Responsibilities:

Responsible for providing a superior level of customer service to Planet Fitness members, prospective members and guests, ensuring an exceptional Judgement Free member experience.

• Answer phones in a friendly manner using information script

• Frequent lifting, carrying, pushing, and pulling
