Job summary

National Fitness Partners, the largest Planet Fitness franchise, is hiring a Customer Service Representative for our Indianapolis, IN club. This full-time role on the third shift (10 PM–6 AM) starts at $12 per hour with a $1 overnight differential. Join us to help deliver a Judgement Free fitness experience to over a million members.

You will answer phones, greet and sign up members, log amenities, process POS purchases and promote our PE@PF classes, while keeping the club clean and safe.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience required.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Basic computer proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Answer phones in a friendly manner using information script.
• Greet members, sign up and tour new members, and log amenities.
• Respond to member questions and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
• Process beverage or merchandise purchases through the point of sale system.
• Promote our fitness instruction classes (PE@PF) to members and new members.
• Provide a clean, sanitized and safe club environment.

Job Shift: Third Shift

Full - Time: Starting at $12 per hour, with a $1 differential for overnight hours.

Schedule: Every Monday - Thursday 10 PM - 6 AM

Hourly increases at 180 days, 1 year and every 6 months, after the first year, based on anniversary date.

Customer Service Representative Responsibilities

Responsible for providing a superior level of customer service to Planet Fitness members, prospective members and guests, ensuring an exceptional Judgement Free member experience.

Physical Demands

• Frequent lifting, carrying, pushing, and pulling
• Must be able to lift up to 75 lbs.
• Will encounter cleaning chemicals during shift
• Frequent climbing, balancing, kneeling and crouching during shift
• Continual reaching with hands/fingers/arms during shift
