Job summary

Planet Fitness is hiring a Customer Service Representative at our Indianapolis club to deliver a superior, Judgement Free member experience.

You will greet members, answer phones, assist sign-ups, log amenities, promote fitness classes, and keep the club clean and safe.

Starting at $12/hour, with increases at 180 days, 1 year, and every 6 months; includes PTO, health options, 401K with employer match, and life insurance.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience required.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Basic computer proficiency required.

Responsibilities

• Provide superior customer service to Planet Fitness members, guests, and prospective members.
• Answer phones in a friendly manner using information script.
• Greet members, sign up and tour new members, and log amenities.
• Respond to member questions and concerns professionally.
• Process beverage or merchandise purchases through the point of sale system.
• Promote fitness classes (PE@PF) to members and new sign-ups.
• Maintain a clean, sanitized, and safe club environment.

Schedule Type: "Set & Reoccurring"

< Monday: 4:45AM to 12:45PM

< Tuesday thru Friday: 6AM to 2PM

Hourly increases at 180 days, 1 year and every 6 months, after the first year, based on anniversary date.

Customer Service Representative Responsibilities:

Qualifications: Job Requirements:

• Customer service experience

• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Basic computer proficiency

Physical Demands:

• Frequent lifting, carrying, pushing, and pulling
• Must be able to lift up to 75 lbs.
• Will encounter cleaning chemicals during shift
• Frequent climbing, balancing, kneeling and crouching during shift
