Planet Fitness in Indianapolis, IN is seeking a friendly Customer Service Representative to welcome members, answer questions, and support daily front-desk operations. This entry-level, on-site role offers stable hours and opportunities for growth within the franchise network.

Qualifications

Hourly increases at 180 days, 1 year and every 6 months, after the first year, based on anniversary date.

• Schedule Type: Set & Reoccurring


• Monday: 4:45am to 12:45pm


• Tuesday thru Friday: 6AM to 2PM

Customer Service Representative Responsibilities

• Responsible for providing a superior level of customer service to Planet Fitness members, prospective members and guests, ensuring an exceptional Judgement Free member experience.


• Answer phones in a friendly manner using information script


• Greet members, sign up and tour new members, and log amenities.


• Respond to member questions and concerns in a timely and professional manner


• Process beverage or merchandise purchases through the point of sale system


• Promote our unique fitness instruction classes (PE@PF) to our active members and our new members


• Provide a clean, sanitized and safe club environment.

Physical Demands

• Frequent lifting, carrying, pushing, and pulling


• Must be able to lift up to 75 lbs.
