Job summary

Planet Fitness site in Indianapolis seeks a Customer Service Representative to support members and guests with a friendly, Judgement Free experience.

You will answer calls, greet and sign up new members, log amenities, process purchases at the POS, and promote group classes while keeping the club clean and welcoming.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience preferred.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide superior customer service to Planet Fitness members and guests.
• Answer phones in a friendly manner and greet new members.
• Sign up members, tour, and log amenities.
• Process beverage or merchandise purchases at the POS.
• Promote fitness classes to members and new signups.
• Maintain a clean, sanitized club environment.

Full - Time: Starting at $12 per hour.
