Job summary

Planet Fitness location under National Fitness Partners is seeking a Customer Service Representative to deliver a high level of member service in a friendly, judgment-free environment. You will answer phones, greet members, assist with sign-ups and tours, and process purchases at the POS.

You will promote fitness classes and keep the club clean and safe for all visitors. The role offers growth opportunities, with hourly raises at 180 days, 1 year, and every 6 months after the first year, plus

• Customer service experience preferred.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Basic computer proficiency required.

Responsibilities

• Answer phones in a friendly manner using information script.
• Greet members, sign up and tour new members, and log amenities.
• Process beverage or merchandise purchases through the point of sale system.
• Promote our fitness instruction classes to our active members and new members.
• Provide a clean, sanitized and safe club environment.

Full - Time: Starting at $12 per hour.
