Job summary

Planet Fitness is hiring a Customer Service Representative in Conshohocken to deliver a high-quality member experience. You’ll answer phones, greet and sign up members, log amenities and assist guests to ensure a friendly, welcoming club environment.

Required: customer service experience, 18+ years old, and basic computer skills. Benefits include growth opportunities, PTO, 401K, health options, and shift-differential pay for select shifts.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience required or preferred.
• Basic computer proficiency required.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

• Answer phones in a friendly manner using information script.
• Greet members, sign up and tour new members, and log amenities.
• Respond to member questions and concerns in a timely, professional manner.
• Process beverage or merchandise purchases through the POS system.
• Promote fitness instruction classes to members and guests.
• Maintain a clean, sanitized and safe club environment.
