Job summary

National Fitness Partners, the largest Planet Fitness franchise, seeks a Customer Service Representative to provide a superior Judgement Free member experience and handle sign-ups, tours, and POS transactions. You will greet members, answer questions, log amenities, and promote classes in a fast-paced club environment.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience preferred.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Basic computer proficiency.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide superior customer service to Planet Fitness members and guests.
• Answer phones using information script.
• Greet members, sign up and tour new members, and log amenities.
• Process beverage or merchandise purchases through the POS.
• Promote fitness instruction classes to members.
• Maintain a clean, sanitized club environment.
