Job summary

Planet Fitness is hiring a Customer Service Representative to deliver a superior member experience in a fast-paced club environment. You will greet and sign up new members, answer questions, process purchases at the POS, and promote fitness classes while maintaining a clean, safe facility.

Minimum requirements include 18+ years old, HS diploma or GED, and basic computer skills. Growth opportunities exist as the team expands with the franchise’s people-first approach.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience.
• High school diploma/GED equivalent preferred.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Basic computer proficiency.
• Physical ability to lift up to 75 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Provide a superior level of customer service to Planet Fitness members and guests.
• Answer phones in a friendly manner using information script.
• Greet members, sign up and tour new members, and log amenities.
• Respond to member questions and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
• Process beverage or merchandise purchases through the point of sale system.
• Promote our fitness instruction classes (PE@PF) to members and new members.
• Provide a clean, sanitized and safe club environment.
