Job summary

National Fitness Partners, the largest Planet Fitness franchise, is hiring a Customer Service Representative. You will greet members, answer calls, process purchases at the POS, and promote fitness classes while ensuring a clean, welcoming environment for all guests.

Eligible candidates should have prior customer service experience, basic computer skills, and be 18+ with a high school diploma or GED. Benefits include health options, PTO, and 401K matching.

Responsibilities

• Provide superior customer service to Planet Fitness members, guests and prospective members; greet members and log amenities.
• Answer phones in a friendly manner using information script.
• Process beverage or merchandise purchases through the point of sale system.
• Promote fitness instruction classes (PE@PF) to members and new signups.
• Maintain a clean, sanitized and safe club environment.
