Planet Fitness in Indianapolis, IN is seeking a Full-Time Customer Service Representative starting at $12 per hour. The role includes greeting members, answering phones, processing purchases, and promoting fitness classes.

Days; Monday 4:30a - 1p, Tuesday - Friday 6a - 2p

Hourly increases at 180 days, 1 year and every 6 months, after the first year, based on anniversary date.

Customer Service Representative Responsibilities

Responsible for providing a superior level of customer service to Planet Fitness members, prospective members and guests, ensuring an exceptional Judgement Free member experience.

Physical Demands

• Frequent lifting, carrying, pushing, and pulling
• Must be able to lift up to 75 lbs.
• Will encounter cleaning chemicals during shift
• Frequent climbing, balancing, kneeling and crouching during shift
• Continual reaching with hands/fingers/arms during shift
