Planet Fitness in Brownsburg, IN is seeking a Customer Service Representative to deliver a high level of member service in a Judgement Free environment. The role includes greeting members, answering questions, and processing signups and purchases at the POS.

Full - Time: Starting at $12 per hour.

Schedule A: Monday 4:45 am- 12:30pm, Tuesday thru Friday 6am-1pm

Hourly increases at 180 days, 1 year and every 6 months, after the first year, based on anniversary date.

Customer Service Representative Responsibilities:

• Responsible for providing a superior level of customer service to Planet Fitness members, prospective members and guests, ensuring an exceptional Judgement Free member experience.
• Answer phones in a friendly manner using information script
• Greet members, sign up and tour new members, and log amenities.
• Respond to member questions and concerns in a timely and professional manner
• Process beverage or merchandise purchases through the point of sale system
• Promote our unique fitness instruction classes (PE@PF) to our active members and our new members
• Provide a clean, sanitized and safe club environment.

QualificationsJob Requirements:

Physical Demands:

• Frequent lifting, carrying, pushing, and pulling
• Must be able to lift up to 75 lbs.
