Job summary

Planet Fitness in Anderson, IN is hiring a Customer Service Representative to provide a superior level of service to members and guests. The role includes answering phones, greeting members, processing sign-ups, and promoting fitness classes in a fast-paced, Judgement Free environment.

Starting hourly pay is $12 with increases at 180 days, 1 year, and every 6 months thereafter. Schedule options include Monday–Friday 10am–6pm or Thursday–Sunday with open to 2pm shifts.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience
• High school diploma/GED equivalent preferred
• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Basic computer proficiency

Responsibilities

• Provide a superior level of customer service to Planet Fitness members, prospective members and guests, ensuring an exceptional Judgement Free member experience.
• Answer phones in a friendly manner using information script
• Greet members, sign up and tour new members, and log amenities.
• Respond to member questions and concerns in a timely and professional manner
• Process beverage or merchandise purchases through the point of sale system
• Promote our unique fitness instruction classes (PE@PF) to our active members and our new members
• Provide a clean, sanitized and safe club environment.

Full - Time: Starting at $12 per hour.

Hourly increases at 180 days, 1 year and every 6 months, after the first year, based on anniversary date.

Schedule 1: Monday Thru Friday - 10am to 6pm

Schedule 2: Thursday Thru Sun - Open to 2pm
