National Fitness Partners is hiring a Customer Service Representative for a Planet Fitness club in Canton, OH. The role focuses on delivering a superior, Judgement Free member experience while assisting members and guests with sign-ups and inquiries.

Starting at $12 per hour with scheduled increases at 180 days, 1 year, and every 6 months thereafter. Eligible benefits include health options, 401K with employer match, PTO, life and disability insurance, and a free Black Card membership.

Qualificações

• Customer service experience
• High school diploma/GED preferred
• Must be 18 years or older

Responsabilidades

• Provide superior customer service to Planet Fitness members, prospects and guests
• Greet members, sign up new members, give tours
• Answer phones politely and assist with inquiries
• Process purchases at the point of sale
• Promote fitness classes and amenities
• Maintain a clean, safe club environment
