Job summary

National Fitness Partners is hiring a Customer Service Representative in Akron, OH. The role focuses on delivering a superior Judgement Free member experience at Planet Fitness locations, greeting members, signing up new members, and handling amenities log with professionalism.

The position offers a pathway for growth, shift-differential pay on select shifts, PTO, a 401K with employer match, health/dental/vision options, life insurance and more for eligible staff.

• Maintain a clean, sanitized, and safe club environment.

Full - Time: Starting at $12 per hour.

Monday-Thursday: 3pm-11pm, Friday:1pm-9pm

Hourly increases at 180 days, 1 year and every 6 months, after the first year, based on anniversary date. Customer Service Representative Responsibilities

Responsible for providing a superior level of customer service to Planet Fitness members, prospective members and guests, ensuring an exceptional Judgement Free member experience.

• Answer phones in a friendly manner using information script
• Greet members, sign up and tour new members, and log amenities.
• Respond to member questions and concerns in a timely and professional manner
• Process beverage or merchandise purchases through the point of sale system
• Promote our unique fitness instruction classes (PE@PF) to our active members and our new members
• Provide a clean, sanitized and safe club environment.
