Job summary

National Fitness Partners is seeking a Customer Service Representative to support Planet Fitness members and guests, delivering a friendly, judgement-free experience in a busy Indianapolis club. You will handle inquiries, sign ups, and club operations with a focus on service excellence.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for providing a superior level of customer service to Planet Fitness members, prospective members and guests, ensuring an exceptional Judgement Free member experience.
• Answer phones in a friendly manner using information script.
• Greet members, sign up and tour new members, and log amenities.
• Respond to member questions and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
• Process beverage or merchandise purchases through the point of sale system.
• Promote our unique fitness instruction classes (PE@PF) to our active members and our new members.
• Provide a clean, sanitized and safe club environment.

Job description

Full - Time: Starting at $12 per hour.

6am-2pm

Hourly increases at 180 days, 1 year and every 6 months, after the first year, based on anniversary date.
