Job summary

National Fitness Partners, the largest Planet Fitness franchise, is seeking a Customer Service Representative in Baltimore, MD to deliver a superior Judgement Free member experience. You will greet members, sign up new members, answer questions, and help maintain a clean, welcoming club environment.

The role includes processing purchases, promoting PE@PF classes, and assisting guests while offering growth opportunities and competitive pay with scheduled raises. Benefits and PTO are provided.

Responsibilities

• Answer phones in a friendly manner using information script
• Greet members, sign up and tour new members, and log amenities.
• Respond to member questions and concerns in a timely and professional manner
• Process beverage or merchandise purchases through the point of sale system
• Promote our unique fitness instruction classes (PE@PF) to our active members and our new members
• Provide a clean, sanitized and safe club environment.

Hourly increases at 180 days, 1 year and every 6 months, after the first year, based on anniversary date.
