Job summary

National Fitness Partners is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our Planet Fitness franchise team in Millsboro, Delaware. You will handle member interactions, sign-ups, and class promotions in a fast-paced, supportive club environment.

Responsibilities include answering inquiries, logging amenities, processing POS transactions, and maintaining a clean, welcoming facility with a Judgement Free experience.

• Greet members, sign up and tour new members, and log amenities.

• Process beverage or merchandise purchases through the point of sale system.
• Promote our unique fitness instruction classes (PE@PF) to our active members and our new members.
• Provide a clean, sanitized and safe club environment.

Hourly increases at 180 days, 1 year and every 6 months, after the first year, based on anniversary date.
