Job summary

National Fitness Partners, the largest Planet Fitness franchise, is seeking a Customer Service Representative for our Noblesville, IN club. You will greet members, sign up new members, answer questions, and maintain a welcoming, clean environment.

Starting pay is $12 per hour with shifts Monday-Thursday 3 PM–11:15 PM or Friday 1 PM–9:15 PM; schedule B adds weekend hours. Benefits include PTO, 401(k) with employer match, health options, and more. 18+ required.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience.
• High school diploma/GED equivalent preferred.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Basic computer proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Provide superior customer service to Planet Fitness members, prospects, and guests.
• Answer phones in a friendly manner and greet members.
• Sign up new members, tour facilities, and log amenities.
• Process beverage or merchandise purchases at the POS and promote fitness classes.
